Tinklee is a cloud-based building intercom and access control service. The service is operated by Tinklee ("we", "us", "our"). Contact: contact@tinklee.com.

2. What data we collect

• Account information: phone number or email address used to log in.
• Building data: building name, address, location (GPS coordinates), entrance configuration, and building photos uploaded by administrators.
• Resident data: names (nicknames), floor and apartment information, assigned to a building by an administrator or home manager.
• Device data: hardware device identifiers (IMEI) of door-opening devices, signal quality, and connection status.
• Usage data: door opening logs, video call metadata, push notification tokens.
• Location data: your device's GPS position may be requested when scanning a building QR code to verify proximity.

3. Why we collect this data

• To provide the intercom and door access service.
• To verify your identity and authorize door opening.
• To verify you are near the building when required.
• To send notifications when someone rings your door.
• To allow building administrators to manage residents.
• To process payments for subscription plans.

4. How we store and protect data

Data is stored on secured servers. Passwords are not stored , authentication uses one-time verification codes sent via SMS or email. Payment processing is handled by Stripe and Tranzila, and we do not store full credit card numbers.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with:

• Payment providers (Stripe, Tranzila) for processing subscriptions.
• Cloud infrastructure providers for hosting.
• Push notification services (Firebase, APNs) for delivering alerts.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at contact@tinklee.com. Building administrators can remove residents and homes from the system.

7. Location data

Location access is optional and only used to verify proximity to a building entrance. We do not track your location in the background. You can deny location permissions and still use most features of the app.

8. Cookies and local storage

We use browser local storage to maintain your login session. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.

9. Children

Tinklee is not intended for use by children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always available at this URL.

Nous ne vendons pas vos données. Nous partageons des données uniquement avec :

• Prestataires de paiement (Stripe, Tranzila) pour le traitement des abonnements.

L'accès à la localisation est optionnel et utilisé uniquement pour vérifier la proximité avec l'entrée de l'immeuble. Nous ne suivons pas votre position en arrière-plan. Vous pouvez refuser les permissions de localisation et continuer à utiliser la plupart des fonctionnalités.

8. Cookies et stockage local

Nous utilisons le stockage local du navigateur pour maintenir votre session. Nous n'utilisons pas de cookies de suivi ni d'outils d'analyse tiers.

9. Enfants

Tinklee n'est pas destiné aux enfants de moins de 16 ans. Nous ne collectons pas sciemment de données auprès d'enfants.

• Bewonersgegevens: namen (bijnamen), verdieping- en appartementinformatie, toegewezen door een beheerder of woningbeheerder.
• Apparaatgegevens: identificatienummers van deuropeners (IMEI), signaalkwaliteit en verbindingsstatus.
• Gebruiksgegevens: deuropeningslogs, metadata van videogesprekken, push-notificatietokens.
• Locatiegegevens: de GPS-positie van uw apparaat kan worden gevraagd bij het scannen van een QR-code om nabijheid te verifiëren.

3. Waarom we deze gegevens verzamelen

• Om de intercom- en toegangscontroleservice te leveren.
• Om uw identiteit te verifiëren en deuropening te autoriseren.
• Om te verifiëren dat u in de buurt van het gebouw bent wanneer vereist.
• Om meldingen te sturen wanneer iemand bij uw deur belt.
• Om gebouwbeheerders in staat te stellen bewoners te beheren.
• Om betalingen voor abonnementen te verwerken.

4. Hoe we gegevens opslaan en beschermen

Gegevens worden opgeslagen op beveiligde servers. Wachtwoorden worden niet opgeslagen , authenticatie maakt gebruik van eenmalige verificatiecodes via SMS of e-mail. Betalingsverwerking wordt uitgevoerd door Stripe en Tranzila, en wij slaan geen volledige creditcardnummers op.

5. Gegevens delen

Wij verkopen uw gegevens niet. Wij delen gegevens alleen met:

• Betalingsproviders (Stripe, Tranzila) voor het verwerken van abonnementen.
• Cloud-infrastructuurproviders voor hosting.
• Push-notificatieservices (Firebase, APNs) voor het bezorgen van meldingen.

6. Uw rechten

U kunt op elk moment toegang, correctie of verwijdering van uw persoonsgegevens aanvragen door contact met ons op te nemen via contact@tinklee.com. Gebouwbeheerders kunnen bewoners en woningen uit het systeem verwijderen.

7. Locatiegegevens

Locatietoegang is optioneel en wordt alleen gebruikt om nabijheid tot de gebouwingang te verifiëren. Wij volgen uw locatie niet op de achtergrond. U kunt locatietoestemming weigeren en nog steeds de meeste functies van de app gebruiken.

8. Cookies en lokale opslag

Wij gebruiken lokale browseropslag om uw inlogsessie te behouden. Wij gebruiken geen trackingcookies of analytics van derden.

9. Kinderen
